Detailed information relating to businesses will be emailed or faxed personally to you. Our consultants will regularly liaise with you in order to obtain feed-back and to continue their searches.
Provision of more detailed information on any listing you have expressed interest in, to include a brief synopsis of the nature of the business, the reason for sale, the length of time the business has been established, the number of employees, both full time and part time and their roles within the company. Details of any training offered to the new owner by the seller, the skills YOU will need to run the business and as much detail on cash flow as is possible to obtain.

Specific Business Search
On your behalf we will approach the selling broker(s) for additional financial information, not previously available to prospective purchasers, on the business(s) which you have selected. We will liaise with the broker(s) and confirm your interest and financial ability to progress toward the purchase of a business.
We will arrange any meetings with you and the selling broker (s) in the United States and/or any telephone conference call(s) with you if you are absent from the U.S.
